Our care model delivers ongoing access to primary care without the barriers of traditional insurance billing. We focus on whole-person wellness, prevention, and year-round support.

DPC is not a substitute for traditional insurance. We recommend maintaining catastrophic health insurance coverage. In most cases, DPC membership fees are considered a qualified medical expense for Health Savings Account (HSA) eligibility.

IntoTheGrūv™ DPC Membership includes: 24/7 access to a Board-Certified NP, same-day or next-day appointments, priority support via phone/text, hormone management, weight management, minor urgent care, discounted medications, labs, IV drips, peptides, and vitamin injections, medication management & refills, follow-up visits (no extra fee), discount on body sculpting and lymphatic services, complimentary wellness injection every month, up to 4 visits per month

FINE PRINT: Medications are not included in the membership price but are offered at a significant discount. 3-month minimum commitment is required. The membership month begins at the time of purchase. Discounts on body sculpting and lymphatics cannot be combined with other discounts. Wellness injections do not roll over month-to-month.

A 3.5% service charge is applied to all in-person credit/debit card payments.
