A wellness membership is not a substitute for health insurance coverage. We recommend maintaining catastrophic health insurance, at minimum. In most cases, Direct care membership fees may be qualified medical expenses for Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flex Savings Account (FSA) eligibility.

  • We serve patients 13 -64 years old. In some cases, we will serve patients as young as 5 years old.
