IntoTheGrūv™ is our HSA/FSA-eligible membership-based wellness program that offers traditional and integrative medicine. Our care model delivers ongoing access to primary care without the barriers of insurance billing. We focus on person centered wellness, prevention, and year-round support.
A wellness membership is not a substitute for health insurance coverage. We recommend maintaining catastrophic health insurance, at minimum. In most cases, Direct care membership fees are qualified medical expenses for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Savings Account (FSA) eligibility.

IntoTheGrūv™ Membership includes: Priority access to a Board-Certified NP, same-day or next-day appointments, ongoing support via phone/text, hormone management, weight management, minor urgent care visits, discounted medications, labs, IV drips, peptides, and vitamin injections, medication management & refills, follow-up visits (no extra fee), discount on body sculpting and lymphatic services, up to 4 visits per month.
FINE PRINT: Medications are not included in the membership price but are offered at a significant discount. A 3-month minimum commitment is required. The membership month begins at the time of purchase. Discounts on body sculpting and lymphatics cannot be combined with other discounts.

A 3.5% service charge is applied to all in-person credit/debit card payments. Avoid this charge by paying in cash at the appointment.
