  • Samantha “Suni” Banks, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, MLD-C is the owner, CEO, and Executive Director of GRUV Wellness Clinic. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing more than 25 years of leadership and over a decade of nursing experience. She is licensed to practice nursing in 42 states. She also earned her fist master’s degree in executive nursing leadership, after earning her BSN at Georgia State University. For fun, Suni enjoys karaoke, roller-skating & Zumba.

  • Imani has been with Gruv Wellness Clinic since the very beginning in 2021 when the company debuted as Lavish Recovery Care. She began as a CNA while in nursing school and also served as office assistant. After earning her BSN, began working per diem as an RN. Imani also assists with recruiting and onboarding staff.

  • Aaliyah has been with Gruv since the very beginning, when the company debuted as Lavish Recovery Care. She has served part-time in the roles of Medical Assistant and Assistant Office Manager. Aaliyah is currently pursuing licensure as an LPN and works part-time as the Lead Medical Assistant and Assistant Office Manager.

  • Rolani, known as "Ro" or "Mama Ro" is native of Guam and brings multiple years of experience as a Certified Body Sculptor. Her technical skill and passion for body sculpting started upon discovering her life's purpose, which is to make a positive impactful difference in the lives of others. Ro genuinely cares for her clients, and she goes above and beyond in her service. Her service is based on confidence, passion, and love for what she does. Ro is always happy to provide service and connect with her clients. She understands that when they are in her care, she is fulfilling her life's purpose, which is her ultimate goal.

  • Esmeralda is a Licensed Massage Therapist with broad experience and knowledge in multiple modalities. She focuses on whole-body wellness, offering therapeutic massage as well as manual lymphatic drainage.

  • Anisha, affectionately known as “Annie,” is a licensed Esthetician and expert Body Sculptor with over 5 years of hands-on experience. She specializes in advanced non-invasive treatments for spot fat reduction and is well known for delivering noticeable inch loss in just one session.

    Her extensive range of services includes Ultrasound Cavitation, Radiofrequency skin tightening, and Wood Therapy. She also offers Vacuum Therapy, and BBL treatments for enhanced body contouring and wellness.

    Dedicated to her clients’ overall well-being, Annie provides personalized care ensuring a holistic approach to beauty and good health.

GRŪV Clinic is a spinoff venture of the formerly known LavishCare Spa—founded in March of 2021 by Samantha “Suni” Banks. The concept originally emerged as a wellness spa, created to address the demand for postoperative care for cosmetic surgery patients. As cosmetic surgery gained popularity and became more affordable among all social classes, Suni recognized a need for safe, reliable postop care and services that support healing and recovery.

  • The company originally offered concierge aftercare services and manual lymphatic drainage in the comfort of patients’ homes to assist with recovery and healing after cosmetic surgery. Through signature methods of providing these premium services around the metro Atlanta area, the company developed a reputation as a credible, reputable source for professional postop care and lymphatic treatments.

    In 2022, the menu of services continued to expand, offering more value to an increasingly diverse clientele. As seen in multiple Google reviews, it is clear that unmatched quality and phenomenal customer service became the blueprint of excellence that supported their substantial growth.

    The company re-branded in March of 2023 as LavishCare SPA, offering a plethora of health and beauty services.

    In October of 2025, the company transitioned to become a wellness clinic as its owner Suni completed her Nurse Practitioner degree. The clinic is located in the heart of Conyers, GA.
